Terms and Conditions When placing your order with Super MX we will provide you with an order reference and an email to confirm your order – this email is confirmation that we have received your order at this point no contract exists between Super MX and the buyer. We will indicate acceptance of your order, via a dispatch email and at this point a contract exists between Super MX and the buyer. At this point payment will also be taken. At Super MX we endeavour to keep our website as up to date as possible however on occasion it may necessary to mark your order as unable to fulfil due to insufficient stock levels. We have included these terms to protect both parties in the event that an item ordered is out of stock or no longer available for an online purchase. In the event that this is the case with your order we will aim to advise you of this within 24 hours of receiving your order and will endeavour to suggest a suitable alternative item. At Super MX we offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00 excluding oils which have a surcharge of £4.95 per order. This is subject to change and will be advertised on the Super MX homepage. Free delivery for all orders over £50.00 is a mandatory promotion and can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers obtainable by entering a promotional code at the point of check out however only one promotional code can be used per order. In the event that two or more promotional codes are entered the first promotional code entered will be applied . All orders are dispatched using a recorded service and will require a signature, for your convenience we have included the option to select a separate delivery address at the point of check out however we would ask that the billing address entered matches that of your card being used for payment . At Super MX we are happy to dispatch orders to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Jersey. Once in receipt of your order should you need to make a return we would ask that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt clearly marking your invoice with the reason for return. In order to receive a refund we would ask that all items are returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and swing tickets. Please be advised that at Super MX we do not offer a free postal return and we would advise returning using a registered service to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Should you need to make a return due to a manufacturing fault we would ask that you enclose your receipt for the cost of your return and upon assessment of your items should they be found to be suffering with a manufacturing fault we will look to reimburse the cost of your return. Please note that items that have been customised including shirt printing and custom graphics are non-returnable, unless suffering with a manufacturing fault. |
